Inside Account Representative

REPORTS TO    Sales Coordinator

Support sales by providing exemplary customer service to existing and targeted account base.  Accountable for the tactical management of customer relationships through secret service, data analysis estimating and communicating all pertinent information.

  • Monitor account activities for assigned customers, largely in aerospace
  • Participate in the engineering job process to create work orders in ERP System, collaborate with production for scheduling, provide order confirmation and status and communicate with suppliers for quotes
  • Respond to, develop, and estimate business opportunities
  • Maintain and continually improve inventory and Kanban programs
  • Partake in the non-conformance material process and initiate return material authorization
  • Contribute to the Material Review Board process to address customer issues
  • Think critically, analyze and solve problems
  • Perform daily standard work
  • Contribute to a team environment by intently focusing on detail, internal processes and continuous improvement
  • Promote and support all safety, health and wellness practices, policies and procedures
  • Contribute to own learning and development of the role and future growth opportunities
  • Perform other duties as assigned

  • BA/BS or equivalent customer service/support experience
  • Pass a background check and drug test
