CNC Milling Machinist


Machine good products to satisfy customers and monitor a process assigned by Production Coordinator and/or Director of Operations which is governed by individual work order requirements, work instructions and inspection plans.

  • Set up and operate one or more CNC Milling machines to produce custom components
  • Meet high volume production/efficiency time and quality standards
  • Think critically, analyze problems, effectively troubleshoot to make decisions in a collaborative manner
  • Setup, adjust and change barfeeder channels
  • Identify program operations, decipher for correct part features and make first piece
  • Perform daily preventive maintenance tasks
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Highly motivated
  • Minimum of four years experience
  • Practical shop mathematics and basic to intermediate skill level in trigonometry
  • Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing
  • Speeds and feeds for cutting tools and material
  • Statistical process control techniques, inspection techniques and equipment
  • Fanuc control functions and their options
  • Adaptable, communicates effectively and works well in a team
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time, walk, push and pull < 40 lbs.
  • Fine motor hand dexterity
  • Sight and visual perception
  • Moderate to high concentration
  • High School Diploma and/or GED
  • Complete a written skills assessment
