A second generation owner, Michael has worked in the family business since 1985. He is responsible for overall strategy and organizational alignment guided by “The Path to Perfection” – providing opportunity for every member of the AccuRounds team. Michael is intensely focused on enterprise excellence driven by continuous improvement principles, initiating the focus on world class manufacturing in 1995.
Michael is very active in industry and educational organizations including government appointments to the Massachusetts Advanced Manufacturing Collaborative, currently serving as Co-Chair, and previously sitting on the MA STEM Advisory Council. Michael continues his STEM awareness contributions thru the SE MA STEM Network. He recently stepped down as Chairman of Business Leaders United after serving for eight years. In 2022, Michael took on the Advisory Board Chair for Boston’s CareerSpring launch, a platform committed to helping first-generation, low-income students launch meaningful careers.
In February of 2014, he was named to the New England Advisory Council for the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston and served for 5 years, including Chair in 2018. Michael is active in the NTMA (National Tooling and Machining Association) as Audit Team Leader/Member, and served on the Boston Chapter’s board for fifteen years. He is also Chairman of the Board for GBMP, a NIMS Audit Team Leader and an Ambassador for MassEcon.
Michael currently sits on the advisory board for the Mechanical Engineering Department at the University of New Hampshire, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering. He received an MBA from Babson College.
Joe has over twenty-five years of industrial sales experience. He began his career with AccuRounds as Sales Manager in 2004. As Vice President, Sales, Joe is responsible for business development to create growth opportunities for both the organization and its employees. Prior to AccuRounds, he worked for Carpenter Technology Corporation in the Specialty Metals industry. Joe worked in a variety of sales and management roles for Carpenter working up to the Midwest District Manager responsible for a $100M sales operation. He also worked as a Regional Manager for Titanium Industries. Joe helps to promote US Manufacturing through participation in the PMPA.
Joe received a B.S. in Marketing from Syracuse University and also has certificates from University of Michigan Business School in Strategic Sales Management for Sales Executives and Penn State University in Leadership Strategies.
Diane joined AccuRounds in 2005 with extensive experience in the manufacturing and wholesale / retail food industries. She provides an array of knowledge in all HR disciplines. Diane actively participates in several industry and educational organizations, including the Southeastern Massachusetts STEM Network and MassHire. She is also an Advisory Board member for Machine Technology at Southeastern Regional Vocational Technical School.
Diane received her B.S. in Education and Psychology/Sociology from the University of Massachusetts Boston and an Associate’s degree from Fisher College. She earned the SPHR Certification from the Society for Human Resource Management.
Jon came to AccuRounds with a well-rounded background in operations, finance and procurement. His current responsibilities encompass finance, production, information technology, inventory and procurement as well as process improvement. Before joining AccuRounds in 2011, Jon worked at Evergreen Helicopters where he held positions as Base Manager for the MRO facility, later advancing to Material Director responsible for aircraft configuration, inventory, procurement and logistics departments, supporting a global fleet of 70 fixed and rotor wing aircraft. Jon received a B.A. in Economics/Business from Skidmore College.
